Now is the Time in Iran

There is no better time than now to engage the opposition in Iran and empower them to overthrow the terrorist government that is currently in place.  Iran is a foe to basically all countries in the Middle East and all countries in the west and by empowering the opposition we become friends to the people without upsetting them.  If the US just invaded Iran that would galvanize the population behind the leadership and cause us greater hardship down the road.  But if we helped the opposition to build a new government there would celebration of the United States and the democratic change we've brought to the country.  Now is the time, now is the time, now is the time!

North Korea: Give Our Citizens Back

Now I am not going to comment on the journalists from this liberal media outlet, but when one country takes and punishes the citizens of our country that is when we put differences aside and stand together as a United nation.  That is why I DEMAND that they give our citizens back otherwise this should be considered an act of extreme aggression  and the US should respond with our own act of aggression that is equal to the size of our military might.  The time for the government to act is NOW.  It is time for them to show the truth strength of America, standing together in the face of all adversion.

Tiger is Back!

Tiger is just getting better and better after his knee surgery and I think it's time to start calling it a comeback. Tiger came from 4 back to win the Memorial tourney in Dublin, OH today with some amazing shots of the back nine. I mean his swing was just brilliant for the entire time. With the US Open only a few weeks away this was a good warm up for Tiger to show that he's got it for sure.

Crotchety Old Man Father's Day Cards

Sometimes when I see all these young kids running around today with baggy jeans and kissing in public I feel like a crotchety old man.  What happened to the decency standards that this country held true?  I don't think that teenagers should be allowed to text, or hang out with friends.  Teenagers need boundaries and work to keep their energetic personalities occupied.  Most people get annoyed with the way I think about kids these days and that makes me feel even older.  Anyway, when I saw this get off my lawn card it reminded me of myself so I had to share with everyone.

I Say Let GM Fail

I think that GM has mis-managed themselves long enough and don't deserve to be a auto maker anymore. Let one of the other brands like Ford (who doesn't even need government money) step in and take over the market that GM represented. Let other companies that know what they are doing do it. I don't want to seem my tax dollars go towards helping a company that makes a product I don't even want. The market needs to decide what to do with GM and they have already said goodbye. Let GM go.

Gates Tough on Norht Korea

Secretary of Defense Gates is tough of North Korea and is saying that that he won't accept a nuclear armed country that supports terrorism like the North Koreans do.  That is great and further proof that this Bush appointee will help to protect this nation from the foes we have externally and internally.  I hope that we as a country and military power take swift action to quell North Korean and bring down that evil empire once and for all.

North Korea is Moving Towards War

Anyone that thinks North Korea isn’t moving towards war with the US and South Korea doesn’t know what they are talking about. The country has been testing rockets, missiles, nuclear bombs and has now decided that they don’t have to adhere to the peace treaty that was signed at the end of the Korean War. The Obama administration needs to forget about its political agenda and really address this national security crisis otherwise we might be caught with our pants down and could lose many lives. North Korea only responds to force so we must be ready to strike with all the force and might that is the United States Military.

Cheney Defends the Bush Era

All I have to say is THANK THE LORD that someone as intelligent and Dick Cheney is out there defending the way the Bush Administration (as he did in his speech today) that protected this country from terrorists for the past 8 years. I mean without Big Dick it's been a free for all for Democrats and Obama to just tongue lash the previous administration and make them look like a bunch of fools. I don't appreciate that and I really don't appreciate the fact that so many Republicans are towing the Obama line and not standing up against this ruthless administration. Well kudos to Dick, keep it up sir.

Club Gitmo Funny Mug - Obama is too soft

I love designs like this one because it really shows how soft Obama is going to be on Terrorism this term and how our enemies will be able to gain a lot of ground on this country.  It worries me but sometimes you just need to laugh at the entire situation otherwise you will just cry.  That is why I like this mug design that shows how easy Gitmo really is on the people that are residents there.

BBQ Season is now in full swing

So I really thought that this article from Fast Company was really interesting because it talks about the deepness of BBQ and how it is totally a part of the American Culture.  I think that part of being American is BBQ.  We stand outside and we work hard to cook meat and have a good time with family.  Check out this little image that has some interesting stats about all that people do with BBQ.

Where are they coming from?

The truth these days is that the US is really becoming a refugee country for at lot of failed states around the world.  Because our model is so successful, instead of trying to do it for their own countries all the people are just coming over here and living off what we have created.  I am not judging this (if people come over legally) because the United States was founded as as country of immigrants.  I am just presenting the facts.  Check out the below image to see where your new neighbors are coming from these days.

Rest in peace Jack, you will be missed.  Jack Kemp must be remembered as a uniter of the Republican party.  He was able to pull from his wide range of experience to bring us all together with common goals and purpose to help make this country a much better place.  He firmly believed that anyone in this country could accomplish the American dream by simply working hard and believing in themselves.  He was a major influence in my political life and I know that he will be sorely missed by all.  Rest well Jack you've surely earned it.

Benedict Spector Mug

I saw this mug this morning and I just had to repost it.  This is about how I feel about the formerly good senator from PA, Alren Spector.  I mean he just gave up on all his values and beliefs to win some votes.  To me that is the most back-stabbing and awful thing a politicain can do.  Here is a mug that celebrates that fact.
