Senate Rejects Public Option

Our voices have been heard! Thanks to everyone that made their voices heard in person, online and around the world, the Senate announced that the public option is dead! That is something that we all did to help make sure that nothing was taken from us in terms of freedom of choice. Thank you to everyone that worked so hard on this.

I Hate Clinton Conservative Bumper Stickers

I can't stand Bill Clinton.  Today he released a statement saying that he believe a "vast right wing conspiracy" is out there trying to undermine Obama.  THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH!  The truth is that there are people like you and I trying to bring back this country to a level of normalcy that the liberals are trying to stop because they want to turn this capitalist country into a socialist paradise.  I will not stand for it and I know that many other people out there will not stand for it.  That is why we display things like this bumper sticker below on our cars and that is why we fight against the left to help protect the country that we built.

Iran and the Holocaust

I can't believe that the President of Iran doesn't believe that the Holocaust happened. That is terrible and beyond words. I mean it was the most horrific event of the 20th century that was stopped by the Allied Forces. I don't think we should allow this to stand. Whatever your politics or religion you must learn from the horric past of this world so that we are not doomed to repeat it. That was one of the most terrible events ever and if the President of Iran refuses to learn from it then we must remove him from power because he is not fit to rule.

ACORN is Done

Looks like ACORN, the shady voter registration program that helped Obama into office has finally lost their funding.  It is good that we were able to push legislation into the congress that would get rid of this organization because of their liberal leanings.  I would be fine with a voter registration program if they didn't have a political agenda, but since they did I thought it was appalling that they were allowed to exist.

Missile Defense is a MUST HAVE

So the Obama Administration is doing it's part to make this country unsafe once again by removing the Missile Defense plan put in place by the Bush Administration.  This is a terrible idea because it leave the US and US allies open to attack from the burgeoning missile programs of Iran and Pakistan, both unstable countries with high anti-American sentiment.   I for one think this is a big deal but it seems to be getting ignored in the media because most people don't recognize how large the threat from these foreign powers is.  Let me put this in prespective.  If Iran launched a missle now it would be here in about 10 hours or less.  Everyone in your neighborhood would be dead.  Now how do you liberals feel about a missile defense shield?

The Glen Beck 9/12 Rally

I wish I could have been at the Glen Beck rally, it looks like it was a lot of fun and progress toward telling the government that we don't want the healthcare program that they are trying to create. The above picture is from the rally and it looks like people got very creative with their forms of protest. I am impressed mainly because I don't think I would be able to come up with a protest as clever as the hears.

Anti Obama Healthcare T-Shirt

This is a pretty funny shirt in reference to the change that Obama is trying to bring around in healthcare.  I think his change is about as good as the change I feel during a prostate exam.  That is why this shirt is so funny to me because I think that Obama is trying to give the country a prostate exam.  To the ladies out there, it is very painful - much like childbirth I imagine.

AP is Dishonorable

Against the wishes of the family, the Associated Press has decided to publish a photo of a dying Marine's last breath. There is no story here, it was just a sensational photo that the AP knew would get people to buy newspapers. To me this is beyond belief. There is no reason that they need to publish the picture other than to cause heartache for the family and other Marines around the world. It is really just shameful and a further example of the heartless souls that run these news content sites.

Drug Leniency Creates More Problems

According to FoxNews, Drug growers are starting to become more bold and are planting their cash crops in national parks near tourist attractions.  The problem with this other than people making and selling drugs is that these drug dealers are protecting their crops with guns against other drug dealers which means that people are getting attacked in the cross fire. This is not acceptable and this is something we should all be upset about. Our national parks that have been here longer than we have and should be preserved for future generations - not destroyed by terrorists.
