Boycott SNL

I am really getting sick of the SNL portrayal of Sarah Palin. They portray her as out of touch with politics and a country bumpkin from the coldest part of the country. The constant attack on her ideals and conservative beliefs is an affront to conservatives all over the nation. We should attack against NBC and it’s liberal television by a ban on watching that station and a boycott of the sponsors of this slander. I think that is the only way to send a message to these liberals that think only with a pocket book and not with a heart.

Delay the Debates!

I find it totally deplorable that the DEMOCRATS wish to continue the debate in the abscene of McCain and in the face of the largest economic crisis since the great depression.  What are they thinking?  This is the time to buckle down and get some work done on the economy so that we can fix this issue and keep people in their homes instead of continuing to do useless campaigning that doesn't help anyone.

Congress, APPROVE THE BAILOUT!

This is why I hate partisan politics!  Because congress and the democrats feel they need to have their two cents in on this bailout bill, people are suffering in the real world!  Every day they stall means another lost job for an American, another home lost for a family and more and more people being pushed to the edge of their means.  We need to approve this bailout to have relief from the current crisis and who cares about 10 years from now?  We can address that when times aren't quite as dire.  The money is needed NOW to help those that are suffering NOW.  I think the lack of compassion for that feeling on the part of the democrats is despicable and this will be their undoing in the coming election, because when the chance came to them to act, they did nothing.

Pakistan needs the US

Today's terrible bombing in Pakistan is more than enough evidence to prove that the country needs some US intervention to help clean out the terrorist issues that they are having.  They have now proven that they don't have any control over their population and that without the help of the United States they will fall into a government that sponsors terrorism similar to how Afghanistan was before the US invasion.  We need to but the Iran project on hold right now and invest our energies into helping Pakistan become a safer nation for everyone.  I am sorry for those that lost someone in the bombings, my heart goes out to you.

AIG gets a loan

AIG is getting a 85 billion from the Fed in a bailout to keep the largest insurance agency afloat in the latest of the bailouts for failing companies. I am not sure how I feel about this bail out because it is more of my money to going to fuel a company that improperly handled its finances. I want the invisible hand of the economy to right itself and get rid of these companies that bleed out and cause issues for us normal people. They should be punished for their bad decisions and not rewarded with a loan from the government. I understand that the economy might collapse if these companies are allowed to fail, but I have to wonder what liberal policy bull allowed us to get to this lowely state?

Democrats in Alaska attempt to attack Palin

Since McCain is now leading in the poles, the Democrats are looking for anything to help them claw their way back into first place even if it something as sad as trying to subpoena the husband of Sarah Palin over a made-up scandal about firings. The Alaskan democrats have decided to subpoena the husband so that they can make headlines in the liberal media and help tarnish Palin's image, but the fact is that no one is buying it finally and calling out the Democrats for vapid attempts to change the issues from politics to gossip.  This is a good turn for our party and politics in the nation as we are now able to see the real issues and not all the press.

Support Palin T-shirt

I really love all the great designs I am seeing for the support of the VP candidate Sarah Palin.  Look at the one below.  By combining Rosy the Riveter and Palin we can really see how she is breaking the glass ceiling in politics and really bring women's rights to the forefront more  than the democrats ever have.  I am really starting to get behind this pit bull palin and I am ready to support her in this election!

McCain Reaches Across the Aisle

Today, McCain has again proven himself to be a maverick and reformer of partisan politics.  He said today that he would make much of his White House cabinet work for only $1 for year (because it should be about the position not the money) and that he would hire democrats into his cabinet.  While I am not sure that is the best policy, it does show that McCain is more interested in actually fixing this country than by being some hollywood celebrity type that gives speeches to 60,000 people.  These are parts of the reason McCain is actually going to change this country because he sees the real issues and is ready to fix them.  I have no faith in the partisan government that Obama would bring in because it would just fuel the current deadlock we have in congress.  We need someone that is going to reach across the aisle, and that person is McCain time and time again.

Stand Up and Fight with McCain!

This is a small portion of McCain's riveting speech that he gave tonight about the people of this country, and the people of this party standing up and fighting for what we believe in and taking back the ranks of public service to bring it into a new era of prosperity that it has not enjoyed in sometime.  I think that McCain's speech was a battle call to all of us to change our practices and get out there to pound the pavement for our candidate and make sure that he is elected on Nov. 4th.  I believe that McCain is going to be a great leader because of the consistency of message and the real heart that he showed in his speech tonight.  I think we saw a McCain that not only cares about his country, but that literally bleeds from the heart with compassion for all of its citizens.  That is a person I feel I can trust and that is someone I know has my best interests at heart.

Iraq needs to do a deal with the US, not China

Why is it that we spent all this time liberating Iraq from a dictator, bringing a new standard of living to these people and then they go behind our backs and sign a 3 billion dollar oil deal with the Chinese?  There is no respect there.  That deal should have been given to the US as a courtesy for all the money and lives we have given that country to save it.  This is just the icing on the cake to the 47 billion dollar surplus the country had last fiscal quarter. I think it is time that the US start sending the bills to the Iraq government and if they can't pay in cold hard cash then maybe they need to pay in oil field rights.  We have spent too much to see all of our work go to some Johnny-come-lately that hasn't even help liberate the country.
